A New Way

I am forever indebted to Danna, my friend and mentor extraordinaire, a singular woman who helped me navigate the complexities of corporate life—a world I was convinced in which I did not belong. With her innate compassion, sharp intellect, and decades of invaluable industry experience, she imparted essential wisdom for survival and success while helping me realize I could be my weird self and a professional who could make meaningful contributions to any organization. When I had a tough day, she made me laugh. When I had an idea, she helped me develop and polish it. Her guidance has been a beacon of light, guiding me through professional milestones and personal growth with warmth and wisdom. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have her as my friend and mentor.

 Danna has not only been a wonderful , supportive friend, but an outstanding mentor, as I have tried to navigate into the corporate world. In watching her raise her son alone, while continuing to have a career, she was truly inspiring. 

I struggled every day with where to start in my career. I confided in Danna. She had the natural ability to listen, have patience, and provide the best advice. With her corporate experience, she was able to guide me on a route to success! My self confidence has increased because of her.
